Developed by NRC as part of the Stronger Cities Consortium, the urban multi-sector vulnerability assessment tool for displacement contexts (UMVAT) guidance note was designed for use in urban environments where there has been a significant displacement of populations due to conflict and other causal factors.

JIPS’ DART is recommended for data analysis, to help document key findings and chart them for the report.
