22.Mar.2011
By JIPS

This strategy guided the transition of JIPS from its pilot phase to a more permanent structure, mandate and modus operandi. The strategy outlined three distinct phases:

(i) The conclusion of the pilot phase in September 2011, when the initial ECHO project funding came to an end,
(ii) The transition phase, from September 2011 until the end of 2012,
(iii) The longer term sustained service phase, from 2013 onwards.
