In an effort to generate recommendations for stakeholders responding and driving solutions on internal displacement, the UN Secretary General’s High-Level Panel on Internal Displacement issued a public call for bold, creative and practical inputs. Responding to the call for submissions, JIPS provided actionable and forward-looking recommendations which focus on data and evidence for all actors involved in addressing internal displacement. Building on its 11+ years of experience supporting collaborative, data-driven efforts in over 25 different contexts, JIPS showcases in this submission the transformative power of data processes on internal displacements situations.
